Lean 5S Products is a small woman-owned company based in Sioux Falls, SD providing end-to-end lean 5S and fully customized solutions to businesses big and small across the USA.
We opened our facility in 2016 out of a growing need for custom shadow boards in the USA. Our UK shop founded a few years earlier, was unable to ship here economically, so our family decided to fulfill those orders and open a shop in the US.
Aware of the need for businesses to reduce waste and improve efficiency we are proud to provide a personal service working closely with our customers to produce custom shadow boards, cleaning stations, PPE & Safety Boards, and information boards.
Our Design Team is happy to think outside the box. This is your product, your business. A shadow board designed and fabricated to meet your specific requirements will engage employees and promote lean methodology.
WHAT WE DO
For over 6 years, Lean 5S Products has been leading the way in designing and CUSTOMIZING visual management boards as an integral part of continuous improvement, 5S, and lean management initiatives.
CUSTOM MADE IN THE USA
Our one-stop shop is based in Southern California and our boards are made in-house. We work closely with you in the design stage to create a shadow board that includes your company logo, branding, color, text, tool labeling, and any desired custom graphics.
Then we source the appropriate tool clips and fixtures to hold your tools securely and in a way that’s user-friendly.
To compliment our boards we offer regular and color-coded cleaning tools for Food and Non-Food Industries and are proud to be distributors for the quality range of REMCO/VIKAN products.
